Loretta Shaia, M.S.W.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Ms. Shaia earned her Masters in Social Work at UNC-Chapel Hill. She is a graduate of the N.C. Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center. Areas of specialty include childhood trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, depression, grief and couples. She works with adults, couples and older adolescents. She is trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. These methods work with clearing trauma from the body.
